Kate O'Leary
Founder & Director of Operations
Kate is a seasoned marketer with 20+ years' experience working with leading brands in the UK. A transformative panic attack on her way to work 13 years ago, sparked a new direction for her career. Kate trained as a Person-Centred counsellor which led her to become a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and wellbeing coach. Her unique blend of marketing and therapeutic skills helps us to foster safe learning environments that equip employees with the practical skills to empower mental wellbeing.
Oly Newton
Lead Mental Health Trainer
Oly has dedicated the last 6 years of his life to supporting people experiencing poor mental health. Using his own lived experience with OCD, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. He is on a mission to educate, support, and raise awareness on Youth Mental Health, and “be the person he really needed when he was younger."

Lead Mental Health Trainer
Hannah is a mental health trainer with over 14 years of experience delivering group-focused learning. She is a highly skilled learning and development professional, specialising in mental health, addiction, CBT, and mindfulness.
